  • Our Hurco VMX42i 3-axis vertical machining center handles contouring, profiling, pocketing, and complex geometry on parts up to 50 inches by 24 inches. With high-speed spindle, automatic tool changer, through-spindle coolant, and chip conveyor, we deliver precision milling and drilling on tool steel, aluminum, and a full range of common materials.

Wire Cut EDM

  • Two CNC wire EDM systems housed in a dedicated climate-controlled atmospheric room let us cut complex die, mold, and precision part geometry that conventional machining cannot achieve. Wire EDM is the right tool for sharp internal corners, die inserts, trim edge finishing on hardened steel, and any feature requiring tolerance tighter than ±0.001 inch.

A modern 3-axis automatic surface grinder anchors the precision side, while a full set of bench grinders, sanders, and a blast cabinet handle finishing operations in-house.

Conventional Machining

  •  For prototype work, secondary operations, and tasks where conventional machining is the right tool for the job, we maintain a full conventional shop. Engine lathe, vertical and horizontal knee mills, a Carlton radial drill, and band saws give us the flexibility to handle every step of a job in-house without sending simple operations to outside vendors.
