Tool and Die
We design and build new dies from the ground up and repair, modify, and refurbish existing tooling of all types and ages. From simple blanking dies to full progressive dies with ten or more stations, every job is built to exacting standards and inspected against a 17-point checklist before it ships.
Precision Machining
From single prototypes to short-run production, we deliver precision machined components on modern CNC and wire EDM equipment. We routinely hold tolerances to ±0.0005 inch on milling and ±0.00025 inch on wire EDM, working in tool steel, aluminum, stainless, and a full range of common materials.
